In 2013. John and his employees successfully owned the first 3D printer of TRONXY.
In 2014-2015, He was very optimistic about the market for 3D printers and was actively expand the local market. However, his lack less understanding of the 3d printer market and customer that cause he only has a few order.
Even he had the idea of selling a house to run a business. (Of course, his home is still own). His friends also persuade him to give up. He persisted and tried to enter overseas markets.
In 2016-2018, it was a rapid development of TRONXY, which has enriched John’s life experience. His judgment on the industry and the market has become more accurate. TRONXY has gone its way in Taobao, Alibaba, etc. At the same time, TRONXY has expanded up overseas channels such as Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, and cultivated a distributor market network. Everything looks good.
In 2019, John’s company already had some regular customers. However, COVID-19 quietly appeared in Nov 2019, and it turned the world’s medical security cordon a red light. At the same time, the 3D printer industry has entered a period of rapid development.
In 2020, TRONXY, a batch of orders, was delayed in delivery because all staff stays in the home for staff life safety. Many customers understand, and they will be willing to wait because they trust TRONXY. We resume work after two months.
In Dec 2020, XY-3 SE FDM 3D printer launch on Kickstarter because we want to more people knew TRONXY. We are an innovative technology company integrating the design, development, production, and sales of 3D printers and consumables.
In April 2021. XY-3 SE FDM 3D printer finishes shipped. And we keep moving forward.
